CKY Media has joined Wolf IQ. Here’s what that means for the terms that cover your website, hosting and support, and where to read them in full.
What’s happening.
CKY Media is now part of Wolf IQ, an Australian website, hosting and marketing team that has built and looked after 1,400+ websites since 2014. Becky chose Wolf IQ so her customers would have a full team behind their websites. She is staying involved as a consultant.
Because Wolf IQ now looks after your hosting and support, your services will move onto the same terms that cover every Wolf IQ customer. Read the full announcement.

What stays the same.
- Your website and domain keep working as they do now. If your domain is in your name, it stays that way.
- Becky stays involved as a consultant. If you’d like to talk to her, just ask.
- Your hosting price stays the same until your next renewal date.
- Your hourly rates stay the same for 12 months from 11 November 2026.
- Care plans and redesigns are optional.
What changes.
- From the date in Becky’s notice, your services are supplied by Wolf IQ Pty Ltd under the Wolf IQ Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- From your next renewal date, hosting is $40 per month (ex GST), billed annually in advance, and invoices come from Wolf IQ on behalf of CKY Media.
- One support address, [email protected], answered by a team of 20+.
- Our Google listing is being renamed Wolf IQ Perth. Same team, same service.

- HostingHosting is paid annually in advance, so it runs 12 months at a time from your renewal date. Anything you’ve already prepaid is honoured for the period it covers.
- PaymentsYour card is only charged for the items listed in clause 6.10. Late fees, interest and recovery costs are invoiced, never charged to your card.
- ScopeWe deliver what is itemised on your quote. Timelines are estimates and move if a delay comes from your side.
- Your websiteOnce a website is paid for, you get its source code and repository.
- If we fall shortIf we don’t fix a material breach within 14 days of your notice, you can end the affected services with no exit fee.
- When services endWe remove our access within 10 business days. Our own service tools stay with us.
- Future changesWe email you at least 30 days before any later change to the terms takes effect.

How the new terms apply to you.

Becky sends you a notice. At least 30 days before your services move, Becky will email you the date they move to Wolf IQ, with a link to this page.

Your services move to Wolf IQ. From that date, Wolf IQ Pty Ltd looks after your website and hosting under these terms. You don’t need to sign or accept anything. Continuing with the service after that date is your acceptance (clause 1.4.4).

Prefer not to move? Tell us before that date and you can end your services with no exit fee. Anything you’ve prepaid is honoured.
